bent bars are supposedly one of the earliest archaic

bull. A religious Shaivaite object of art of ancient

period retrieved from riverbed of Purna River near 13 Shatamana, Punch-marked, Gandhara Janapada,

Achalpur. Extremely Fine. ` 3000-4000 (500-600BC) Silver bent bar, 11.16g, Shatamana,

six armed symbol at each end of the bar (Rajgor

542). These bent bars are supposedly one of the

earliest archaic coinage of India. Extremely Fine,
